Nothing in this folder is current. Per the project’s no-deletion policy, superseded versions stay public, and corrections travel with them. This note is the correction.
model_act_v3_3_withdrawn.pdf (withdrawn 17 August 2026; moved here 18 August 2026). The typeset edition of v3.3, withdrawn pending a reproducible rebuild from the authoritative source. Its cover note still carries the pre-patch label (“the introducible text”) — that label is retired and wrong (see ERRATA E7); the statutory text it typesets is v3.3 as of 16 August. A one-page signpost holds the old root path, and a verified typeset edition returns with the rebuild. Note, 20 August 2026: this entry was written when v3.3 was current. The authoritative text is now model_act_v3_4.txt at the repository root; the v3.3 text and its companion are preserved in this folder, superseded. References to v3.3 elsewhere in this note are historical and correct as written.
model_act_v3_2.pdf / model_act_v3_2.txt (superseded 16 August 2026 by v3.3). The v3.2 penalty arithmetic — the stacked-maximums figure that circulated — was corrected at v3.3: the valve is enacted sentencing law, not stacked statutory maximums. See the Ledger, Part II and /audit/chunk3_penalty_architecture.md for the architecture and the enacted-family numbers (CA/NY/IL: $1M severity-scaled, “not to exceed,” with recidivism steps).

Page images of the withdrawn and superseded typeset editions, kept because this project does not delete artefacts it has published. Twenty PNGs: actv2-* (v2, three pages), actv32-* (v3.2, seven pages) and actv33-* (v3.3, ten pages).
They are not the text of the Act. The authoritative text is model_act_v3_4.txt; the current typeset edition is the reproducible reviewer’s copy, built from source by a committed script. Why the v3.3 typeset was withdrawn is recorded at E7.
Consolidated here on 21 August 2026. The v3.2 and v3.3 images were previously in a top-level folder called pages/, which said nothing about what they were and sat beside live documents; the v2 images were already in this directory. One convention now, one location.
